Het is altijd zo lekker hier, maar jullie hebben zo’n slechte klanten service. Als iets om 16.30 klaar zou zijn, waarom is het dan niet klaar? Hoe moeilijk is het? Jullie spreken ook niemand aan terwijl ze staan te wachten. Ik vind het echt niet kunnen
